Am Fois (pronounced "um feese") is translated from the gaelic as "The News" and was chosen by the club as the name for its news letter which is sent to members at least twice a year with the intention of circulating information social events, meetings, personal news of members such as hatch, match and dispatch and other juicy gossip.
