Ron Gallacher and Bob Semple are off gallivanting around the world again. Ron off to Singapore and Jakarta and Bob off to the Edinburgh Tattoo again. We wish them both safe trips.
It was great to have Frank Sertori in our midst again at the Annual Meeting- starting to look healthy again Frank and it is great that you can now travel independently. Keep it up Frank.
The Cartwrights are off on their travels again in the near future. This time to China. We want a report from you both.
Donald Chalmers has been feeling poorly. We missed you at the meeting Donald, hope it is not too long before you are in our midst again.
Stan Gray has had a spell in hospital - Come on Stan pull your socks up - we need you in the band at Echuca. It wouldn't be the same without you.

OLD AGE 1
An older couple was laying in bed one night,
The Husband was falling asleep but the wife felt romantic and wanted to talk. She said, "You used to hold my hand when we were courting." Wearily he reached across, held her hand for a second and tried to get back to sleep,
A few moments later she said, "Then you used to kiss me" Mildly irritated, he reached across, gave her a peck on the cheek and settled down to sleep.
Thirty seconds later she said. "Then you used to bite my neck." Angrily, he threw back the bed covers and got out of bed.
"Where are you going" she asked.
"To get my teeth"

A SENIOR CITIZEN DEFINED
A senior citizen is one who was here before the Pill, television, frozen food, credit cards and ball point pens.
For us, time-sharing meant togetherness not computers, and a chip meant a piece of wood.
Hardware. meant hard ware and software wasn't a word.
Teenagers never wore slacks.
We were before pantihose, drip-dry clothes, dishwashers, clothes dryers and electric blankets.
We married first and then lived together, (how quaint can one be?)
Girls wore Peter Pan collars and thought "cleavage" was something butchers did.
We were before Batman. vitamin pills, disposable nappies, pizzas, instant coffee and even Chinese takeaways.
In our days, cigarette smoking was "fashionable" grass was for mowing, pot was something you cooked in.
A gay person was the life of the party, nothing more, while Aids meant beauty lotions, or help for someone in trouble.
We are today's Senior Citizens, a hardy bunch when you think of how the world has changed and of the adjustments we have had to make.
Anon.
OLD AGE 2
Two elderly ladies had been friends for decades, Over the years they had shared all kinds of activities and adventures. Lately their activities had been limited to meeting a few times a week to play cards.
One day they were playing cards when one looked at the other and said,"Now don't get mad at me........ I know we have been friends for a long time ... but I can't remember your name!. I've thought and thought, but I can't remember it.
Please tell me what your name is." Her friend glared at her.
Finally she said, "How soon do you need to know?"
